  • No-Shows: If you do not provide notice and miss a scheduled appointment, a cancellation fee may apply, and future scheduling may be impacted.

4. Payment & Insurance Policy

We accept Minnesota Health Care Programs (MHCP), including Medicaid (MA) and other managed care plans.
Insurance:
  • We verify insurance coverage and coordinate billing with your insurance provider.
  • Families are responsible for co-pays, deductibles, and non-covered services.
Self-Pay:
For families without insurance coverage, we offer self-pay options. Payment is due at the time of service unless prior arrangements have been made.

5. Service Availability and Eligibility Policy

Our services are available to children and youth under age 21 who meet the criteria for developmental or behavioral health support. We provide services across St. Louis Park and surrounding areas.
