3. Cancellation & No-Show Policy
To help us provide efficient care to all families, we ask that you notify us in advance of any schedule changes:
- Cancellations: Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel an appointment.
- No-Shows: If you do not provide notice and miss a scheduled appointment, a cancellation fee may apply, and future scheduling may be impacted.

4. Payment & Insurance Policy
We accept Minnesota Health Care Programs (MHCP), including Medicaid (MA) and other managed care plans.
Insurance:
- We verify insurance coverage and coordinate billing with your insurance provider.
- Families are responsible for co-pays, deductibles, and non-covered services.
Self-Pay:
For families without insurance coverage, we offer self-pay options. Payment is due at the time of service unless prior arrangements have been made.

5. Service Availability and Eligibility Policy
Our services are available to children and youth under age 21 who meet the criteria for developmental or behavioral health support. We provide services across St. Louis Park and surrounding areas.

- Telehealth services (for eligible families)

6. Emergency Contact Policy
We are not an emergency service provider. If you or your child is experiencing an emergency or crisis, please take the following steps:
- Call 911 for immediate assistance.
- Contact Crisis Response Services in your area if available.

7. Mandatory Reporting Policy
As mandated reporters, our staff are legally required to report any suspected abuse, neglect, or safety concerns to the appropriate authorities. This policy is in place to protect the well-being of all children and families under our care.

We provide telehealth services for families who may benefit from remote care. To ensure your privacy and security:
- We use HIPAA-compliant platforms for telehealth services.
- Families will receive instructions on how to join telehealth sessions at the time of scheduling.
- Telehealth services are available only for eligible programs.
