When you use our online referral form, we collect the information you provide (such as contact details, information about the child, and any documents you choose to attach) so our team can follow up about services. This information is transmitted securely and stored within our Microsoft 365 environment. We do not sell your information. We use industry-standard safeguards to protect data in transit and at rest. Please only upload documents you are authorized to share.
Our website does not provide medical advice and does not knowingly collect information from children. If you contact us by email, please remember that standard email is not always a secure way to send sensitive health information — when in doubt, call us.
We may contact you by phone or text message (SMS) about your child's care — for example, to schedule or confirm appointments, return your inquiry, send reminders, or coordinate services.
We may change this notice and the change will apply to all information we hold. The current notice will always be posted on this page with its effective date.
